Grand-Flo ventured into the property development in mid-2013, and the completion of 50.0004% acquisition of Innoceria Sdn. Bhd. on 12 August 2014 marked the Group’s effective diversification of its business operations to include Property Development. 

Two development projects are located in Mainland Penang, capturing the high-growth opportunities in Northern Peninsular, namely Vortex Business Park and The Glades. Vortex Business Park, a commercial development located in the industrial hub of Batu Kawan, is well-placed to capture the demand for strategically-based commercial properties.
