Reliance Pacific Tanks Sdn Bhd, established in 1997 is a prominent leader in the manufacturing and servicing of water tanks for the thriving construction industry in Malaysia. Our success is attributed to a strong workforce of 60 dedicated personnel and to date, we have extended our services to as many as 800 construction firms, both large and small.

The Company has grown from strength to strength and has gained a solid reputation for high quality products. We recognize the importance in building and maintaining good business relationships and will continue to provide exceptional services to our clients. With the implementation of the Business Development Program, we are confident that our promises will be delivered to the rest of the world.

Business Development Program

Customer Oriented

Since the inception of our Customer Care Department and the successful implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), we have been able to determine and strategize our approach to market our products and services effectively.
 

Quality Awareness

Our inaugural water storage system in Malaysia, RPTanks Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) Sectional Panel Tank was introduced with a great emphasis on product confidence and quality. This principle has never been compromised and continues till today.
 

IT Enabling

Information technology is the way forward and in order to remain relevant and competitive, we are now operating within a paperless environment. At the same time, we are determined to develop additional features to enhance the efficiency of our business development program.
 

Other Programs

To further complement the 3 core programs stated above, 3 other programs have now been introduced. Re-education, Accounting Prudency and WEB Readiness are secondary programs developed to ensure long-term sustainability and continuing success of our ongoing development and expansion.
