ABOUT US - WHO WE ARE

Sistel Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1986 under the Companies Act 1965 and was formerly known as Sistel Enterprise. The company was primarily engaged in providing infrastructure works for telecommunications. From a modest beginning with a few dedicated and diligent workers, it has grown to a full-fledged marketing organization representing some renowned names in telecommunications industry and became Malaysia’s sole distributor for LG-Ericsson telecommunication products and peripherals.

TM Point (retail outlet of TM) not only sells our products throughout Malaysia, but also acquires our prompt after sales service thought our trained Dealers who located in all states including Sabah & Sarawak.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Sistel Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd. has a wide pool of experienced and overseas trained engineers with areas of specialization with specific products in order to provide very best of technical back up services and support to our network, dealers and customers.

SISTEL is led by our MD and technical staffs that have 36 years of professional experience working in Telekom Malaysia. We are be able to address and solve problems involving Telekom Malaysia and provide expertise to improve your telecommunication services in terms of Quality and Cost. SISTEL also places great importance on R & D to upgrade and improve existing features to provide the very best to customers.

SISTEL places greatest importance in customer services and is very strictly enforcing a policy of same day response time faults. SISTEL is currently putting in place to further enhance services by going for two hours response time policy. In testimonial to this, our commitment, are several accolades and acknowledgement from both principals and clients.
