Be it after an injury or surgery, return to work and/or daily living activities by utilising the gym amenities available in our clinic.
Some people exercise regularly at the gym, some go to classes once a week and some don’t exercise at all.
It is common for us to be struck down by an injury, only to find that when this heals, another occurs.
This painful process can constantly happen, thereby making us feel worse to the point of not wanting to exercise anymore.
The importance of regular exercise cannot be overemphasized.
Our training programmes can be custom-designed for you to follow at home or if you prefer, at the gym on a regular basis.
