Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”)

TERMS

The terms of the warranty include:

• Warranty is valid throughout the life cycle of the product.
• Warranty is valid when defects are visible upon immediate use of the product.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
• Warranty is only valid for initial purchaser.

DEFECT CONDITIONS

The warranty guarantees the below implied conditions of the product:

• Leakage of toner.
• Broken parts or components.
• Inability to use as its supposed functionality, i.e. in this case, printing.
• Printing defects encountered upon immediate use of product.
• Page yield does not meet OEM standards.

STORAGE & PRODUCT CONDITIONS

The below precautions ensure that the product is eligible for returns:

• Store horizontally in a cool, dark condition with room temperature.
• Do not incinerate used ink, toner or toner cartridges.
• Ensure that toner cartridge parts remain attached and unbroken.

Return Policy

In event of damage and loss during delivery, a detailed report must be filed to us by you within two (2) business days upon receipt of goods by email or other electronic means.

You shall not be entitled to withhold payments of all or any of the Prices of the Product(s) whilst any reports are being investigated by us.

Defective items: If the whole order is returned, you will receive a full refund including the cost of shipping. However, prior to refund, it is obligatory for you to return the defective items for testing and quality checks to confirm that the defect originates from Jadi-made goods. With confirmation of defects in Jadi-made goods, refunds will be made within 3-5 business days. If only part of the order is returned, you will receive a refund for the items being returned only.

Non-defective items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. The total amount you will receive will be the amount of the item only. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for non-defective returns.
