All Cosmos focus is on implementing bio-technology and maintaining green environment plus venturing into plantations, research and development and management.

What we meant by Bio Technology is to enhance the way we manufacture and produce our products by ensuring the company is using something that not only create environment friendly goods but also protect environments. The theory include a wide range of procedures for modifying living organisms according to human purposes - going back to domestication of animals, cultivation of plants, and "improvements" to these through breeding programs that employ artificial selection and hybridization.

Green environmental will be inclusive of employees focus on saving electricity, reducing water wastage, work more effectively and efficiently under a safe and healthy environment. Once the company has succeeded on the above, employee will be encourage to practice it with people around them and the company will continue to participate in more green related activities.

The company will be venturing into plantations in order to understand more on the planters' behaviors, needs and wants, plants studies, in deep knowledge of soil/earth, plus the ways to reduce wastage thru our fertilizer. With direct experiments from our primary researchers, the results will be more accurate from any secondary reports. This will put us in the shoes of the planters’ and thus problem solving will be more effective.
