Using advanced orbital welding facilities and capabilities, GSES specializes in the installation of ultra high purity gas piping and systems.

We understand the crucial role these high purity gases play especially in the electronics, pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries.  Even a trace concentration of impurities and contaminants may result in lower yields or significantly affect the integrity of products.

Backed by years of experience, we have the know-how in ensuring the pipes and parts that we use are thoroughly cleaned.  In addition, the final setup will be rigorously tested to ensure that the purity of the delivered gas is as required.

Some of the more common ultra clean gas piping systems we have previously installed are applied in the semiconductor/electronics industry and laboratories for the following purposes:

• H2 gas for annealing of needle wire
• N2 gas for purging and blanketing of electronics
• Forming gas (H2 + N2) for bonding process
