PHN dedicates a team to handle dies for new FMC (Full Model Change) from the dies design process plan until commissioning at customer site.

MEDIUM DIES (WEIGHT CAPABILITY 1 - 6 TON)

We customise dies from design stage to production and delivery. Incorporating customer requirements with our internal expertise, we produce dies that are made to specification, with every detail carefully crafted, tested and verified for optimum performance. Customers need only to provide us with; machine specifications, part data and part drawing or sample part.

SMALL DIES (WEIGHT CAPABILITY 0.2 – 1 TON)

We manufacture a wide array of small dies for customers, from design stage, machining, finishing to try-out and delivery.
