The smart meter is a key component in the
Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) of the national grid.

• We offer smart-grid ready smart meters approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga for both utility and the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) market.
• About 1,500,000 of our smart meters have been deployed across Melaka, Klang Valley and the Federal Territories.

Water smart meter is a key component in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) of the national grid.

• With microelectronic technology for ultra-low power consumption.
• Adopts the latest NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things) communication technology to realize highly reliable and ultra-long distance wireless communication on the basis of meeting national and industrial standards.
• Automatic alarm function, such as overflow, backflow, sabotage or low battery.

Utility - Head End System

• Head End System (HES) is a server-based meter data application system, to serve utility’s core business. The Web-browser-based software application is one of the key components in end-to-end Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solution.
• In the architecture of AMI system, HES performs as a data collection and analysis platform.
• HES processes AMI meter data nearly real-time, including utility’s main business such as billing profile, water consumption, flow rate, meter events and parameter configuration.

Arc Protection Relay

• We provide high-speed arc protection systems certified safe by TNB to maximize personnel safety and minimize damage to assets when installed in the most hazardous power system fault situations.
• Our arc protection is safeguarding hundreds of low-voltage and medium-voltage TNB substations ranging from 415V to 33kV against dangerous arc flashes since 2011 for various entities such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad in utility sector, Prasarana in the transportation sector, and Petronas in oil and gas sector.
• We are equipped with manufacturing facility complete with an experienced in-house team to ensure the proper Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and professional on-site technical support for our customers.

Earth Fault Indicator (EFI)

• We offer customers the ability to quickly and reliably detect earth-fault location and current value in power distribution networks using our earth fault indicator in a cost efficient way.
• We work closely with our industry partner to design and deploy 147,000 units of earth fault indicators to Tenaga Nasional Berhad based on customized specifications in various substations in the past 15 years with proper product inspection to ensure customer satisfactory.

Cross Arm

• We enhance our national grids with locally manufactured, high quality fiberglass structural crossarm in strict conformance to Code of Standard Practice under ANSI Standard & Tenaga Nasional Berhad specifications.
• FRP products are the chosen alternative materials for future development projects over wood or metal-based constructed structures which are susceptible to fast deterioration when exposed to environmental extremes.
• Our structural products are custom-made premium quality FRP composite products of any shapes and sizes to accommodate our client’s specific requirements. Commonly practiced processes for production of FRP profiles are pultrusion cum contact molding method and RTM depending on the type of market needs and applications.
