We have excellent past records in conducting investigation and adjustment for claims worth more than RM1m. The technical knowledge has been shared and transferred from our senior staffs to the new entrants in fidelity guarantee, money, householder & houseowner, professional indemnity, public liability, fire, machinery, boiler and landslide as well as marine cargo and hull insurance claims.

In our new set back of general insurance and takaful investigation department, we are in the process of recruiting experienced adjusters to strengthen our investigation team.

We are listed in the panel of adjusters of several insurance companies and takaful operators in Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam. Preferred references of our past adjustment works may be sought with any friendly insurance companies, listed in the Malaysian Insurance Directory.

As a knowledge-based organization, our firm is also equipped with IT infrastructure for all staffs to speed up communication and report submission. We are connected to the net via High Speed Broadband to support high resolution files transmission
