CREPER

used in the intermediate stage of processing for intermediate and final shearing of rubber.

DRY PREBREAKER

usually used for Constant Viscosity Rubber processing and to remove white spots from un-dried rubber.

GRANULATOR

breaks and tears rubber within its chamber before discharging it through a suitable diameter holes screen.

HAMMERMILL

breaks and tears rubber within its chamber before discharging it through a suitable diameter holes screen.

MOBILE COAGULUM CRUSHER

crushes and dewaters thick coagulum for latex processing.

PELLETISER (COARSE, INTERMEDIATE, FINE)

used in the intermediate and final processing stage to reduce the size of small rubber pieces through the use of suitable die-plates to achieve uniform sizes. Serum and contaminants are also removed from the rubber during this process.

ROTARY CUTTER

used as a third stage size reduction machine for comminuting rubber to small sizes of less than 30mm. Also used to remove contaminants.

SHREDDER

a high-speed cutting machine to reduce the size of creped rubber blankets into fine crumbs. It is used for intermediate and final size reduction.

SLABCUTTER

a first stage size-reduction machine to reduce the size of very large and dirty cup lumps/slabs into smaller sizes.

TROLLEY DRYER

evenly dries and stabilizes properties of rubber after processing.

TWIN CHAMBER PRESS

hydraulically and automatically compresses rubber into bales of approximately 350 mm x 690 mm x 200 mm.

TWIN SCREW PREBREAKER

a second stage size reduction machine that reduces the size of rubber lumps into smaller pieces in a single pass. Also removes some serum from the rubber.
