• To prepare and file at the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), the Company’s annual tax return (Form C or PT) and, in that connection, prepare the income tax computation.
• To complete and submit the Form CP 204 based on the amount of estimated tax payable furnished by the company
• To advise the due date for submission of the return of original estimated tax payable (Form CP 204)and revised tax payable (Form CP204A) and compliance requirements in relation to the amount of the estimated tax.

To prepare and file at the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), the Personal’s annual tax return (Form B, BE, P or M) and, in that connection, prepare the income tax computation.

• Form M (Personal tax for non-resident)

Other Tax Matters

• To prepare and file at the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), the Company’s annual declaration report (Form E) and, in that connection, prepare or check the list of employee with it income details.
• To prepare Form EA
• To obtain tax clearance from IRB
• To deal with tax credit refund and tax credit set-off matter with IRB
• To prepare and file at the Royal Malaysian Customs (RMD), the Company’s Sales and Services Tax return (SST-02) and, in that connection, prepare or check the list of record.
