Over the last 47 years, we have grown to be a dominant player of property business in Johor. Equipped with a substantial landbank measuring about 1,012 hectares primarily in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, our main priority is focused on building communities through the sustainable urban development of Johor Bahru as well as township developments and mixed developments with affordable homes.
