Candidates who successfully complete this process are shortlisted. Recruits who pass this process are then vetted by the ministry of Home Affairs which is a pre condition, before being employed. The shortlisted recruits are then interviewed personally by the senior management team of Veritas Security Sdn Bhd to ensure we get the best security guards according to our client’s specifications.

Training ProgrammesAll personnel undergo training conducted by the Veritas Security Force Sdn Bhd’s professional trainers and compulsory training scheduled by PPKKM (Security Service Organization of Malaysia), as required by KDN (Ministry of Home Affairs). Training is specific and fitted to job specifications before deployment. This ultimately translate into a high standard of service and effiency. Veritas Security Force Sdn Bhd ensures that guards are sent on retraining programs regularly. The updated modules will keep our personnel up-to-date, and thus ensures that quality and excellent service prevails throughout our service.

All Nepalese guards must be able to understand, appreciate and handle safety and security standards set by the relevant safety Standards organizations in Malaysia. They are trained to communicate in English effectively and Nepalese guards are able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia in a short period of time.

Trained Gurkhas are quite adaptable to all situations. They are mentally and physically equipped to meet the standards of even the most rigorous occupation. They have a reputation for being hardworking and versatile. We believe that the Gurkha security guards that we provide will conduct themselves impeccably.

Physical Security: Malaysian GuardsVeritas Security Force Sdn Bhd provides Unarmed Guards who are selected from able bodied applicants who must undergo a Police Security Vetting process. Ex-servicemen from the Police or Army are our first choice. Prior to deployment, our guards are given a standerd security guard training programme and this training is further enhanced by in-house service training at the work site tailored to the specific need of the client. They are also trained in first-aid and fire fighting techniques and when required, are also able to direct traffic flow. Our local guards are trained to operate electronic monitoring systems such as the Smart Visitor Management System (VMS) and other state of the art equipment our clients have in use.
