TRAINED LOCAL AND NEPALESE SECURITY GUARDS

In Malaysia, there are roughly 200,000 security personnel working for an estimated of 840 security companies. The turnover in the Industry is high with most organizations having 200% to 300% turnover. Most guards only serve for short period of time because of the long working hours and low pay salary.

They think their employment level to be of low status and low esteem with their uniform and occupation capacity. However we have reversed this trend by providing good wages for our local and Nepalese personnel and we have significantly dropped the turnover rate tremendously. We assure our personnel are well remunerated and on time. Before we embark on an assignment, a study is made on the requirements of the ­­client and a tailor made comprehensive service structure is designed that best meets the needs of our client.

Our security personnel are recruited based on their experience and background. We conduct personal interviews with the prospects in Kathmandu before vetting and hiring our Nepalese security personnel. Our elite Nepalese security personnel are former ex-military either in the elite forces or the police forces. The local security personnel in our fold are formerly elite officers from the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) or from the Armed forces. These men are seconded to high security locations as specifically requested by our clients. Besides, our security personnel are also trained in emergency response such as fire, theft and First Aid.
