Established in May 2018, the company was initially named as Upstream,Midstream & Downstream, in short U M D inline with the management and personnel vast experiences. In December 2018,  UMD was granted a Petronas License by Petroliam Nasional Berhad, PETRONAS with a Swec Code Categories. UMD primarily focus on Conventional Offshore Transportation and Installation (T&I) Projects and Offshore Platform Decommissioning Projects.

UMD has the strong background for Consulting Services to provide T&I Strategies and Development Methods during Concept Design Stage of Field Development. This will optimize Overall Project Cost and Schedule. UMD has strong Brain Pool to provide innovative solutions to execute Projects Cost-effectively and Safely within Schedule.
