The Banking and Finance practice group handles all forms of loan and financing transactions including documentation ranging from Traditional Loan Agreements, Corporate Banking, Project Financing (both bridging and end financing), Private Banking, Trade and Documentary Credit to more complex cross border syndicated facilities.
