Karisma Multi Services Sdn. Bhd. is a well established foreign manpower consultancy firm since 1996 in collaboration with reputable associate manpower agencies in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar.

Our manpower consultancy services involves mainly in supply of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers to manufacturing, construction and service sectors. Our latest collaboration is with Cleantech Consulting and Training of Malaysia for the supply of foreign manpower to the cleaning industry and also provides skilled training for the cleaning operators and supervisor.

Demand Letter

The clients willing to recruit for the employment must give us the demand letter addressed to Karisma Multi Services Sdn. Bhd. should be attested (wherever required) by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry / The Embassy / Consulate of the country/Foreign affairs. For more details please see our Sample of Demand Letter.

Power of Attorney

A copy of Power of Attorney duly authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / The Chamber of Commerce from the country of employer / Nepal and Pakistan Embassy to act on their behalf. Please see our Sample of Power of Attorney.

Agency Agreement

The employer/clients must enter into an agency agreement with Karisma Multi Services Sdn Bhd, appointing us as their recruitment agent. Please see our Sample of Agency Agreement.

Employment Contract

We require a standard employment contract to be signed between the employer and the employee. Please see our Sample of Employment Contract.

Guarantee Letter

This Letter must be addressed to The Director of General, Department of Labour and Employment Promotion. Please see our Sample of Guarantee Letter.
