12-Months Warranty (Warranty)

1. Warranty*

The terms of the warranty include:

• Warranty is valid throughout the shelf life of the product: 12 months from purchase.

• Warranty is valid when defects are visible upon immediate use of the product.

• Warranty is non-transferable.

• Warranty is only valid for initial purchaser.

2. 1 To 1 Exchange

1 to 1 exchange means if a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Jaditoner.com, at its option, Jaditoner.com will exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product.

3. Return Policies

In the event that you would like to submit a claim for a new replacement product:

• You are responsible for delivering the returned product to Jaditoner.com.

• Any return postage will be borne by you.

• Upon receipt of returned product by Jaditoner.com, verification procedures will be undertaken to confirm the claimed defect within 3-5 working days.

• Once the defect has been confirmed, a new replacement product will be delivered to the same shipping address when you checkout unless stated otherwise.

• Postage of new replacement product will be borne by Jaditoner.com.

4. Terms and Conditions

Warranty is void if:

• Security sticker is tampered, broken, or removed.

• Returned product does not come with Jaditoner’s packaging in good condition.

• More than 50% of toner in the cartridge has been used or fully depleted.

• Product has been used for more than 1 life cycle.

Defect conditions include:

• Leakage of toner.

• Inability to use as its supposed functionality, i.e. printing.

• Broken parts or components upon immediate use of product or upon receiving product.

• Printing defects encountered upon immediate use of product.

• Page yield does not meet OEM standards.

5. Storage Conditions

The product should not be stored in any of the following conditions:

• Temperature greater than 40°C (104°F).

• Humidity range less than 20% or greater than 80%.

• Direct sunlight.

• Dusty places.

• An environment with extreme changes in humidity or temperature.

• An environment with salty air.
