1st step

• fill in customer complaint form provided.
• you are responsible for delivering the returned product to Jaditoner.com.
• any return postage will be borne by you.

2nd step

• upon receipt of returned product by Jaditoner.com, verification procedures will be undertaken to confirm the claimed defect within 3-5 working days.

3rd step

• once the defect has been confirmed, a new replacement product will be delivered to the same shipping address when you checkout unless stated otherwise.

4th step

• postage of new replacement product will be done by Jaditoner.com.
• 1 to 1 exchange; 1 to 1 exchange means if a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Jaditoner.com, at its option, Jadi Life will exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product.
