Job Description-

Per namesake, the incumbent manages commercial and operational matters, as well as technical where possible. Based at outlets for on-ground operationalization and monitoring, tasks assigned will likely be role-specific, but with shared responsibility, and possibility of transition to a different &/or dedicated role.

Duties: -

• Operational – outlet facilitator, work traffic controller, customer care consultant.
• Commercial – conduct dipstick tests, due diligence, research, feasibility studies, etc .

• Management – liaison for internal, & to external; stakeholders. Marcomm, biz dev, CSR.

• Retail – assist with operational and sales matters where appropriate, & whenever required.
• Technical – to monetize knowledge from Pharmacists and Dietitians via sales, referrals, etc.
