Syarat-syarat Pra-pendaftaran
The main function of the staff cabin is to act as a hostel for bachelor (single, unmarried) staff. Bachelor staff are involved in multiple departments such as being in charge of the program implementation, the kitchen and etc. The staff cabin fits approximately 10 - 12 individuals.
Medical centre act as treatment centre or rest room for staff and residents. It was equipped with first-aid kits, medicine, sling cloth, bed and some medication equipment.
The medical centre handle by outsource doctor named Dr. Sasi. He will be assisted by two medical staff. This room also act as temporary emergency room if any emergency or serious injury and accident happened before move to nearby hospital for further treatment.
Other than that, it is also function for medical screening for newcomers, blood testing, and discussion regarding recovery program plan designed special for the client. The staff in charge will be appointed to assist clients. There are 10 special treatment programs handled by staff in PENGASIH and usually a staff will conduct 10-15 clients at once. For safety reason a random urine test also will be made for client especially if they just back from their absents.
Mayor's office operated under management by En. Hafizi, the Head of Program and Operation of PENGASIH. They are two (2) mayors on duty by turns for morning and night shifts. The Mayor will start their duty on 5am such as awaken resident for Subuh Prayer.
Basically, Mayor will be responsible to
i) Arrange daily schedule and program for residents according to their recovery program plans.
ii) Arrange movement for client including staff in charge, logistic, appointment and many more.
( For examples affair regarding client that need to attend hospital appointment, court, HIV test, visit or visitors etc. )
iii) Control and monitor client’s movement and ensure their safety.
Resident will be having activities here and usually night activities for examples big screen, live band, karaoke session, Debate, brainstorming, Merdeka celebration, sharing session with alumni or Counsellor / ecstatic staff and many more.

This dorm accommodates female trainees who are undergoing training in PENGASIH Centre. This dorm can accommodate up to 20 trainees. This dorm is equipped with wall-mounted fan, ceiling fan, single bed and locker. Trainees can stay in the dorm until the end of the training period.

Facilities provided in Surau PENGASIH such as space to take ablution, comfort prayer space for male and female, air-conditioners, ceiling fans, and sound system. This Surau can fit in about 80 persons per session including in women section.
En. Raimi Afiq will manage the Surau with some selected clients that have religious background or graduation. They will be appointed as Imam, Bilal etc. Meanwhile other residents will be appointed to recite short or simple Doa and Taqliq after Fardhu prayer. This can help them to build their self-confident beside enhance their leadership. For cleaning process about 4 persons from client will be on duty to clean up this surau every day based on duty roster.

Staff of PENGASIH kitchen will construct a plan for daily menu and diet. They are also in charge for raw material supplement stock arrangement and schedule management. Kitchen helper will be appointed among client (estimate 8 persons depend to duty roster) based on their recovery programs which will be led by Chef Tarmizi or Chef Faizal. This way will help residents to be more responsible and develop new skills.
Usually if Kasih Kitchen received huge order from outsider, Dato’ Misha or also known as Mama Misha will join and assist them preparing the order. Usually, most of such orders are for charity programs.
